As one of the top jazz bands in Los Angeles, Kira & The Major 3 performs a variety of American jazz standards and world music standards. During the holidays, they perform jazz arrangements of popular holiday music.
- Can I request specific songs to be performed?
Of course! If we have it in our repertoire, then we will be sure to include it. We are also able to add custom songs and arrangements. Depending on the request, we may charge an additional fee, but reach out with any questions and we will be happy to help!
- What kinds of venues can Kira & The Major 3 perform for?
We perform at private, public, and corporate events of any size. We have multiple sound amplification options. We also offer both pre-recorded and live virtual options for online events.
We cater our set and performance toward each event and consult our clients on what options we offer and what we feel would fit best for your event.
- Does Kira & The Major 3 provide their own sound equipment?
We can! We are also happy to use a sound system provided by our client. We are able to consult our clients on what we feel is the most appropriate setup for a specific event.

With a repertoire of over 40 standards from American jazz, Brazilian jazz, and Afro-Cuban music, Kira & The Major 3 have is one of the top jazz bands in Los Angeles that performs at private events and at various venues such as Pasadena Playhouse, Castle Green, Mauro’s Cafe at Fred Segal in West Hollywood, The Dresden in Los Feliz, Au Lac in Downtown LA, and Edwin Mills and Copa Vida in Pasadena.
