We do our best to make everything run as smoothly and easily as possible from first contact to booking. By booking all of your entertainment in one place, we get rid of most of the headache of planning a wedding.
- What do you do to motivate the crowd if nobody is dancing?
Our vocalists will encourage people to get up out of their seats, but you may also hire dancers to help encourage people to join as well!
- Do you take requests from our guests?
Typically no.
Our songlist has been specifically curated by the client, so deviating from that list typically doesn't happen.
- How much do your services cost?
There are so many factors that dictate the rate. We recommend scheduling a 1 on 1 consultation so that we can go over your needs and price range, and we can send you a quote based on your needs, or let you know what can handle if given a quote range.
- How much of a deposit do you require and when is it due? Do you offer a payment plan?
50% deposit to lock in the date.
We work with many different clients and are happy to work out a payment plant that works for you. - What is your refund/cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. You may cancel no less than 2 months from the performance date and not need to pay any additional fees. Anything less than that, costs may incur.
- How far in advance do I need to book you for my wedding?
We start booking in January, but most clients typically book in the July-August range. We do get quite a few last minute requests, but those are subject to availability!
- Are you insured?
Yes!
We have liability and workers comp insurance coverage.
